Located inside a former Creole cottage built in 1832, Seaworthy is its latest incarnation. Serving some of the best seafood and oysters as well as cocktails (tried them myself so no exaggeration) on Carondelet. The history and spirit of the structure is incredibly intact, including two master fireplaces, that it was only natural to channel the historic, playful, seafaring energy into its identity.
Brand elements included drawn maritime navigation light signals used on fishing boats, 19th century illustrations of mermaids, and constellation maps.
